A walkthrough is one working session. We set Connect up around your real products, your channels, your approval boundaries and your customer-service requirements, and you watch it handle your actual work.
What the session covers
Your mailboxes and business identities, connected and routed. Your approved product and policy knowledge loaded so answers are grounded in what is true for you. Your autonomy level chosen deliberately — Draft Only, Review Before Send, or Auto Within Rules. Your escalation boundaries set, so Needs You stops the AI where your business needs a person. Then a real conversation, start to finish, on the record it creates.
What you should bring
One mailbox you are willing to connect, a short description of what you sell, and the one thing you would refuse to let software say to a customer without checking. That last one shapes the whole configuration.
What you will not be shown
Anything that does not exist yet. WhatsApp, SMS and phone are in development and will be described as direction, not demonstrated as shipped. Email operations, prospect intelligence, conversations, sales workflow, Knowledge, Rules and Needs You are the working foundation, and those are what you will actually use.
What it costs
The walkthrough is free. There is no public price list for Connect yet; commercial terms follow the owner-approved quotation process, and you can ask for a real figure during the session rather than after it.
